The 2 1/2 Week Epiphany

So.. it's been 2 1/2 weeks since I cleaned the cupboards and fridge out with the 
7 Naughty Foods...

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Corn
  • Soy
  • Gluten
  • Peanuts
  • Sugar/Sweeteners

I've not yet broke past page 100 of The Virgin Diet Book, not because it's not a Fascinating read - because it IS - it is just simply hard to find good quality time to be able TO read more.  Life is never boring.

These past 2 1/2 weeks, I have done my darndest to be conscientious in choosing not to eat those foods, however have not yet managed it 100% yet.  The morphing to that 100% is getting closer and closer as the information I'm getting from the book explains WHY I need to not put those foods in my pie hole.

THE EPIPHANY...

Just 2 1/2 weeks into this - I have 70% less pain in my joints than I used to.  Seriously.

What that DOES tell me, without a doubt... is I do NOT have Arthritis - Osteoarthritis or otherwise.  

What I DO have is an intolerance to something about those 7 Naughty Foods!  Which ones exactly?.. Dunno yet, but I'm putting an early guess that it's Dairy and Corn.

After the last joint pain experience with one glass of wine.. I have not yet put that through the testing process again, not because I wouldn't have enjoyed a glass of wine with my dinner - but simply because being pain free has been so much more appealing.  I'll test it again.. but not just yet.  This "pain free" feels way too good, it's what I was researching all this for - and I'm not messing with success.
